RULES AHOY!
In order to keep things in bounds, i decided to implement some rules for this category of the forum
- post only YOUR art (we don't need recolors, taced or stolen pices of art)
- no harrasing other users
-no NSFW or NSFH material (unless it's been mentioned to a moderator or the admin)
-no racial stuff
-no music, movies, or games (cartoons on the other hand are a exception)
-it's allowed to talk about projects you, the user, are working on
-give constructive critisism, it's not gonna help anybody if you're being a penis about it.
Breaking these rules will result in a warning, but if it happens a second time, you will be banned for 24 hours. a third time of rule breaking will result in a week, but the 4th time is a perma-ban

Are we allowed to post artwork of Movies/games or based on it? Or did you mean you cant discuss them?

yus, you are allowed to make art based upon it ,but discussing about a movie or game, you have to be at one of the special made categorys.
